Broth, Fats, & Organs
Real food advocates understand the importance of eating "nose to tail," and that includes organs, fats, and bones. We are glad to be able to offer a wide selection of "offal" and personally use at least one of these items every day at home! A great place to start implementing the "other" stuff is to replace vegetable oils with animal fats (lard is our favorite), and replace water or purchased broth with homemade.
