Our friends at Caplock Honey, based in Shreveport, believe in raising bees the old-fashioned way, with no antibiotics or feeding of corn syrup. This non-pasteurized honey will slowly crystallize over time, especially at cooler temperatures. If it should crystallize before you've enjoyed it all, store it in a warm place or gently warm it in a water bath until it is liquid again--or use it in its natural, solid form!
