Welcome to our new online store! We have just launched this new system in hopes that it will make ordering easier and less frustrating for our fabulous customers. Forget the eggs?
Our brand-new system allows users to edit their orders all the way up to a delivery deadline. (Applies only to drop-point orders, not on-farm orders. If you need to make changes to a completed on-farm order, either place an additional order, or call us to edit your previous order.)
If you find you already submitted your order for an upcoming delivery but need to make changes, you can! Here are the steps:
Log in to your account if you haven't already done so.
Click on the basket icon to access your order.
The screen should look like this if your order has already been submitted:
Now you may either change the items already in your cart, or click on View All Products to add new products. Any changes you make at this point will go live instantly. There is no need to resubmit your order.
Important: You will not receive another email confirmation with updated changes, but you may log in and click Order History (under Account) to view your order any time. If you would like another email confirmation, please contact Jerica to request it.
When the deadline passes, we will pack your order at its current state. It's really that simple!
Caution: Cancel Order really will delete everything in your order with no chance of undoing it. Use with care!
