How Farm Pre-order Works

We are honored that you are willing to travel to the farm to do business with us! And we are excited to now be able to welcome you to our Farm Store right here at Ranch headquarters! We carry a wide variety of nourishing and natural products. You can either pre-order through our website, or come in and shop (and just so you know--we have LOTS more products in store than are listed on the website at this point!).   • Lower sales tax! We're outside city limits :-)

To Pre-Order:

New!! Now that our farm store is up and running, pre-ordering is NOT required! But if you prefer "curbside service" instead of in-person shopping, here's how to pre-order:

  1. For first-time orders, you'll need to create an account. If you're from out of town and just want to make a trip to the farm, use our zip code to view on-farm pricing: 75657. You can change your pickup location any time. 
  2. Browse our ever-growing selection of pasture-raised meats and eggs and other nourishing goodies. Add what you need to your cart. If you have any special requests, type them into the Comments box during checkout.
  3. Confirm your order by completing checkout. For on-farm orders, you'll be able to select from a week's worth of upcoming dates in the Pickup Date drop-down menu. You should immediately receive an order number and email confirmation. If you don't and think you should have, please call us so we can help make sure your order went through.The total you see may change a bit when your order is packed. Most of our products are sold by exact weight, and we only charge you for what you actually receive. We will pack your order about 1-2 days before your scheduled arrival (we wait in case you need to make any more changes).  
  4. Last-minute orders? Sure, if we can do it! Our site is set up to require orders to be placed by midnight of the day before pickup, but if you find yourself passing through Jefferson and want to pick up, give us a call! There's a good chance that will work just fine, so long as we are not in the middle of chores or a delivery route.

Payments

Our ordering system for Farm Pickup allows you to select to pay by cash/check upon arrival or credit card attached to your online account. We can also swipe your card in person. We also have a neat discount program called the Edible Savings Account, which is a great way to save money on real food. Please note, this option must be set up at least a week before your desired pickup date. 

To Pick Up:

  • After we receive your order, we'll be in touch via email with directions. We're about an hour from Longview and Shreveport, 1:15 from Texarkana, 35 minutes from Marshall, and 2.5 hours from Dallas (go I-30). 
  • Your order will come nice and frozen (except eggs or other refrigerated goods) and packed in grocery sacks which are easy to carry to your car. If you place a larger order, we may pack it in boxes, and we can assist you to your car. You do not need a cooler or bags, but a cooler is nice for the trip home.
  • Sorry, we can't offer farm tours on demand, but we try to offer at least 4 tours per year so you can venture into the property with us to learn all about how we grow your food.
  • Our farm dogs are very sweet and do not bark (most of the time). If you bring your own pets, please keep them on a leash or leave them in your vehicle at a safe temperature. Do not permit your pet to roam at the farm. Thanks in advance!
