We have been notified that one of the brands of cheese we carry has issued a voluntary recall over possible E. Coli contamination. They have not yet identified specific lot numbers of affected products, so are recalling all flavors and sizes as a precautionary measure until more specific information becomes available. 

Affected products that we carry are the following produced by Sierra Nevada Cheese Company:

Grazier's Raw Sharp Cheddar, 8 oz and 5 lb 

Grazier's Raw Medium Cheddar, 8 oz and 5 lb 

Grazier's Raw Monterey Jack, 8 oz and 5 lb 

Grazier's Raw Jalapeno Jack, 8 oz

If you have recently purchased any of these cheeses from us and still have them in your possession and wish to obtain a refund, either return the product to the farm store, or email photos of the product label AND lot number jerica @ shadygroveranch.net and we can issue an online credit. Refunds must be requested by Monday, Oct. 5 at noon, to be processed. We have our own deadline with our supplier to request credit. 

If you have purchased through a different vendor (such as Azure Standard) please contact them about your refund. We cannot handle returns for product purchased elsewhere.

Sierra Nevada is working to investigate to narrow down more specifics about affected products. When we receive that information, we will send another update via our newsletter, and link that information here. Thank you for your patience!
