COVID Information Releases

This blog post will serve as a rapid-fire information source on ranch policy changes during COVID-19.

SHIPPING: Until further notice, we have placed our shipping program on hold. With concerns regarding timeliness of delivery for perishable products, FedEx's arrival guarantee being temporarily suspended, plus the inventory limitations we are experiencing, it makes sense to serve our local customers first. We feel we can do so safely by utilizing drive-thru style drop offs, sensible sanitization, and social distancing for farm pickups.

BOSSIER: We have suspended Bossier pickups until further notice. 

LOCATION CHANGES: 

We have had to change several pickup locations to accommodate drive-thru style pickups. Following are the changes:

SHREVEPORT: As of 9/28/2020: Located at the Calvary Baptist Academy in south Shreveport, in the south parking lot. Off Linwood Ave between Loop 3132 and Bern Kouns/526.

MARSHALL: Permanently located at Evangelical Presbyterian Church of Marshall located at 4700 Victory Dr. 

TYLER: Permanently located at Good Shepherd School off Sunnybrook and Old Jacksonville Hwy. 

Longview remains behind Bowen Chiropractic but is strictly drive-thru. 

Farm pickups are welcome. We take precautions to sanitize between customers. You are welcome to exit your car but please exercise current recommendations for social distancing, respiratory etiquette, etc.
