Our 100% grass-fed filet of tenderloin steak is by far the best eating experience we have ever had. Tender and delightfully rich but still mild in flavor. These are itty bitty steaks--not meat-glued into a large round like you might find at supermarkets and restaurants. These are natural cut and packaged as small single portions.
