Beef NY Strip Steak

New--thicker cut! NY Strip Steak is a fine-textured, mild-tasting, fast-cooking steak. Let it "wet age" in the pack for a few days before cooking. 2 steaks per pack.

NY Strip comes from the larger side of the T-bone and is lined on one side by a thin layer of fat which lends lots of tasty beef flavor to the steak. This one will grill really fast and is best served at no more than medium. Let it rest before serving.
