Top Sirloin Steak has a rich beefy flavor, and though not as tender as the more expensive steaks like ribeye, is still wonderful grilled or used for fajitas. But it is versatile and holds up well to longer cooking, so we also like to use it for things like Beef Tips, Stroganhoff, and Stir-fry.
