We use it in all sorts of surprising ways, such as on homemade pizza, chopped into pasta salad, or seared on a sandwich with mustard. Ready-to-eat! Simply keep it frozen until you're ready to use it, then thaw, keep refrigerated, and use within 1 week. Not shelf stable.
It's made from our very own 100% grass-fed beef and is perhaps a little leaner than what you might be used to in a summer sausage. But it's yummy!
