This is one I've been trying to develop for some time to have the depth and zestiness of store-bought Cajun seasonings without the additives. I think this is it!
Tips for use:
My seasoning contains no anti-caking agents, so be careful not to sprinkle it over a steamy pot, lest it get clumpy. Best practice is to open it away from heat or steam and use a clean, dry utensil to scoop out what you need. Start with approximately 1 tsp per pound and adjust to taste.
Though this product does not contain other allergens other than those listed in its ingredients, it is produced in a kitchen that handles all kinds of nuts and other allergens, and we cannot certify that it is allergen-free
