A farm favorite--oxtail soup is truly a culinary delight, and simple to make! ~1.3-4.5 lb per pack.

Oxtail is a very limited item (we only get one per cow, after all!), but it would be special even if we had lots, because it is so delicious! The rich marrow and tender meat make a delicious golden broth that is as nourishing as it is tasty.
