Pork liver comes pre-sliced and is similar to beef liver, but more tender and less intense in flavor. ~2 lb ea.

Common for old-school dishes such as Boudin Sausage and Braunschweiger, but less well-known for its mild flavor and tenderness as a centerpiece, especially compared to beef liver, pork liver is a nice intro organ meat. We like to soak it in milk for 30 minutes before quick-searing along with lots of onions and pan gravy.
