Pork Blade Roast, also known as a bone-in Butt Roast, is one of our most versatile cuts, and one of our favorite staples. It is delightful simply done like a pot roast--slow-cooked. Or you can then doctor it up for pulled pork, serve it with kraut and dumplings ("spaetzle"), make carnitas, or go with a more Asian theme.
