Pork Spare Ribs are a farm favorite--lovely baked or smoked with BBQ sauce. 2 Quarter Slabs per pack, ~1.2-3.2 lb per pack
$6.50 /lb.

Pork Spare Ribs were so named because there are always some to spare! They can't really be turned into anything else, but that's ok, because they are delicious when rubbed down with natural spices or homemade BBQ sauce then slow-baked or smoked. Fun and messy to eat, but well worth it!
