Whole Turkey (13-15 lb)

Our turkeys are really raised on pasture with no soy, corn, antibiotics, or GMOs. Hand-processed, air-chilled, and frozen with giblets.
$7.00 /lb.
Avg. 14 lb.

Our turkeys are really raised on living pasture with no antibiotics, arsenic, growth stimulants, soybeans, corn, or genetically-modified feeds. Processed by hand with no bleach, flavor enhancers, or preservatives. They cook a bit faster than conventional birds, so be sure to check about 75% of the way through recommended cook times to see if your birdie is ready.

Giblets included. Thaw, remove giblet bag, and cook as desired. Legs are restrained by oven-safe "hock lock" for better presentation and reduced storage space. No need to remove prior to cooking, but you WILL need to unhook the drumsticks after thawing to remove the giblets and neck from the cavity. Simply replace the drumsticks into the hock holders for lovely presentation.

Recommended roasting time: 8-10 minutes per pound at 325F or until internal thigh temperature is 180F.

Because our birds are air-chilled, they require a nice long thaw. Plan for a minimum of 3 days of thawing time at refrigerator temperature.

Processed on-farm under the P.L. 90-492 Exemption.
