We designed this sampler with the omnivore in mind--the family wanting to stock their freezer, but they can't decide between a quarter beef, a side of pork, or a case of chicken. This is all 3 combined, and includes our best-selling items.

- Everything is pre-cut and includes our top-selling items.
- Pay a flat rate for a fixed assortment of meat--no guessing on final total or what's included.
- Officially 143.1 pounds total, we are careful during selection to be sure you get a fair shake.
- Each item is labeled and packed in modest meal-size portions.
- Requires approximately 5-6 cubic feet of freezer space.
- Frozen muscle cuts keep well for at least a year. Frozen sausage keeps well for 6+ months.
- Individual product weights are estimates. Since most items are muscle cuts and the package size is not controllable, we may adjust weights as needed, but you will definitely get a fair shake!

We have compiled this sampler based on actual "nose-to-tail" production yields so that we can offer this fabulous discount on premium pasture-raised meats, so we humbly request that you limit the number of substitutions. However, if you have dietary restrictions and prefer unseasoned/unsmoked pork products, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
