Wings are one of our staple meals because they are so fast and easy. Not to mention delicious! They don't have to be complicated. We like to experiment with various seasoning combinations like ginger-maple or sage and paprika, or even a simple BBQ sauce. Toss them with a little lard, season well, then roast at 400F for 30-45 minutes until crisp and golden. Wings are whole and include tips. Save the bones for stock!
