These petite hams are easy and delicious! A perfect complement to a big holiday meal, or a delightful option for an everyday family dinner. 

Prep is simple. No seasoning or prep required! Roast thawed ham uncovered, fat side up, at 325F in a deep rimmed pan until the internal temperature near the bone reads 160F. If the top begins to brown too fast, loosely tent it with foil. If desired, add water to the pan as needed to reduce splattering from the fat and juice dripping. Let rest before carving.
