Ingredients
- (1 lb) Ground Beef
- (1 lb) Ground Pork (Plain)
- (1 lb) Bacon Burger
- (1 medium, diced) Onion
- (1 cup) Beef Bone Broth (Quart)
- (1 bag (16 oz)) Organic frozen kernel corn
- (2-3 cloves) Garlic, fresh, minced
- (1-5 tsp, to taste) Taco & Chili Seasoning - Glass Jar
- (1 large can) Diced or Crushed Organic Tomatoes
Directions
Dice onion and place in crockpot.
Add 3 lb raw ground meat. Mix and match if you like. If using ground beef, crumble it as you add it or it may be hard to break up after cooking. Bacon Burger takes this to an amazing new flavor level!
Add 1 large can of diced or crushed tomatoes. Crushed will make the chili stew-ier; diced will have chunks of tomatoes in more liquid juice--totally depends on your preference!
Add 1-2 cups of bone broth (optional, will make chili more watery, but will stretch it farther)
Add 1 bag of frozen organic kernel corn, optional.
Add 2-3 cloves fresh minced garlic, optional. Great for the immune system!
Add 1-5 tsp MSG-free taco/chili seasoning mix.
For 6 hours cooking time, place on High.
For 8 hours cooking time, place on Low.
Serve with cooked rice and/or cornbread, sour cream, shredded cheese, butter, fresh cilantro, and diced onion.
