Pork liver comes pre-sliced and is similar to beef liver, but more tender and less intense in flavor. ~2 lb ea.

Pork broth is rich in gelatin and neutral in flavor. A farm favorite! Fixed price for approximately 40-50 lb. Comes packed in about 8-10 x 5-lb bags.
