Pork: Roast
Raised in open pastures and woods and rotated frequently to new ground. We do not feed GMOs, soy, antibiotics, ractopamine, or hormones. The breed we raise is a pasture-efficient Berkshire, which has excellent marbling and tenderness. Best of all, you will not find any products with icky additives such as MSG, BHT, preservatives, or artificial color or flavor.
Pork Blade Roast, Medium
A true classic, cut from the upper shoulder and wonderful as pulled pork or simple pot roast. This is definitely one of our best kept secrets! ~2-3 lb each.
