Raised in open pastures and woods and rotated frequently to new ground. We do not feed GMOs, soy, antibiotics, ractopamine, or hormones. The breed we raise is a pasture-efficient Berkshire, which has excellent marbling and tenderness. Best of all, you will not find any products with icky additives such as MSG, BHT, preservatives, or artificial color or flavor.
Smoked Jowl Bacon
Smoked and thinly sliced, but much less uniform than regular belly bacon, this bacon comes from the pork jowl and is a fun and interesting take on breakfast. Wonderful, rich flavor. 1 lb per pack.
