Here are a few items that haven't yet found a home in our display freezers in the farm store. Take a glance before you make plans to drive out, to see if you want to pre-order anything to pick up when you come out to shop. We have TONS of items in-store as well, so there is no obligation to pre-order. This is just a collection of specialty, limited-edition or seasonal items that are only available through pre-order due to limited availability. To keep this list less cluttered and easier to browse, Bulk Deals and Reduced Price items are now listed in their own sections and also must be pre-ordered for farm pickup.

New! Rich in flavor and great for slow-cooking for barbacoa. 1-2 lb each.
Beef Loin Tip Roast
A more tender & lean boneless roast from the round section. Slow cook it. 2.0-4.5 lb each. Request size in checkout comments.
Beef Tongue
A surprising favorite--cooks up tender and flavorful in the slow cooker. 1.5-3 lb each.
Oxtail
A farm favorite--oxtail soup is truly a culinary delight, and simple to make! ~1.3-4.5 lb per pack.
Pork BIG Butt Roast (boneless)
Party size!! This is the most flavorful cut in the whole pig. Boneless. Slow-cook it for the best pot roast you've ever eaten. Or fancy it up for homemade carnitas. Our favorite! Approx. 10-12 lb each.
