Here are a few items that haven't yet found a home in our display freezers in the farm store. Take a glance before you make plans to drive out, to see if you want to pre-order anything to pick up when you come out to shop. We have TONS of items in-store as well, so there is no obligation to pre-order. This is just a collection of specialty, limited-edition or seasonal items that are only available through pre-order due to limited availability. To keep this list less cluttered and easier to browse, Bulk Deals and Reduced Price items are now listed in their own sections and also must be pre-ordered for farm pickup.
Beef Cheek
New! Rich in flavor and great for slow-cooking for barbacoa. 1-2 lb each.
Beef Heel of Round Roast
This roast also goes by "Pike's Peak." Lots of intramuscular marbling and collagen. Slow-cook it for an exquisitely tender and flavorful roast. Boneless. ~2-5 lb each. Request size at checkout if desired.
Beef Loin Tip Roast
A more tender & lean boneless roast from the round section. Slow cook it. 2.0-4.5 lb each. Request size in checkout comments.
Ground Beef
Rich, flavorful, and versatile--and really 100% grass-fed! Fat content is about 80/20 nominally, but it eats way differently than corn-fed beef. You will not be disappointed in our #1 seller! ~1 lb ea.

Oxtail
A farm favorite--oxtail soup is truly a culinary delight, and simple to make! ~1.3-4.5 lb per pack.
Pork Belly, Plain, Sliced
Nothing-at-all-added plain sliced pork belly. Great for restricted diets. 1 lb per pack.
Pork Liver
Pork liver comes pre-sliced and is similar to beef liver, but more tender and less intense in flavor. ~2 lb ea.
Smoked Bacon End Pieces
Smoked bacon ends and pieces with no icky ingredients, great for soups and seasoning. May be from Canadian, Jowl, or Regular Bacon. 1 lb per pack.
