Raised in open pastures and woods and rotated frequently to new ground. We do not feed GMOs, soy, antibiotics, ractopamine, or hormones. The breed we raise is a pasture-efficient Berkshire, which has excellent marbling and tenderness. Best of all, you will not find any products with icky additives such as MSG, BHT, preservatives, or artificial color or flavor.

A 40-50-lb case of Ground Pork Fat, legal for use in your deer sausage this hunting season or for making lard at home. Contains 8-10 individually-wrapped 5-lb bags of pork fat. Sold by actual weight.
