We created this category in hopes that it might inspire you to keep a handful of these highly versatile, easy-to-cook items for those days when you are feeling rather uninspired.

Ginger Roots - Oregon Brineworks

Lacto-fermented organic carrots, beets, and ginger. A fantastic option for "beginners" when it comes to ferments. It's tangy and makes a wonderful "cold salad" side, or try it on top of your hamburger!

Garlic Dill Pickles - Oregon Brineworks

Lacto-fermented organic pickles which are fabulously garlicky and have a nice firm bite. We are very impressed with this brand!

Sauerkraut - Oregon Brineworks (32 oz)

Lacto-fermented organic cabbage and salt, and that's it! A fantastic option for "beginners" when it comes to ferments. Larger size!

Pickled Beets - Oregon Brineworks

Lacto-fermented organic red beets. These make a great instant vegetable that kids love!

Saueruben - Oregon Brineworks (16 oz)

Lacto-fermented organic cabbage and turnips and salt, and that's it! A fantastic option for "beginners" when it comes to ferments. Milder than pure cabbage kraut, with the flavor of caraway seeds. Jerica's personal favorite.

Beet Apple Kraut - Oregon Brineworks (16 oz)

A zingy, aromatic, and sweeter take on fermented veggies. This is one of our favorites!

Bread & Butter Pickle Chips - Bubbies (33 fl. oz)

These are so delicious! A lovely crisp addition to a cold lunch or a grass-fed burger.
