Smoked and thinly sliced, but much less uniform than regular belly bacon, this bacon comes from the pork jowl and is a fun and interesting take on breakfast. Wonderful, rich flavor. 5x1 lb packs!

Grass-fed Ribeye is leaner than feedlot-raised beef, but way richer in flavor. Let it "wet age" in the pack for a few days before cooking. Packed as boneless singles, ~9-16 oz each.
