Brisket (Trimmed)
A flavorful classic for smoking or slow-cooking with a rich sauce or dry rub. Already trimmed of surplus fat. Lots of variation in size with brisket: ~2.25-5 lb each.

Beef Filet of Tenderloin Steak
Though small, Filet Steak is truly the cream of the crop when it comes to beef steaks. Packed as singles, ~3-7 ounces each.
Beef Ribeye Steak
Grass-fed Ribeye is leaner than feedlot-raised beef, but way richer in flavor. Let it "wet age" in the pack for a few days before cooking. Packed as boneless singles, ~9-16 oz each.
